نقدم شحنًا مجانيًا إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية.

تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 24–48 ساعة ويتم توصيلها عادة خلال 3–7 أيام عمل حسب موقعك.

ستصلك رسالة تحتوي على رقم التتبع بمجرد شحن طلبك.

سياسة الاسترجاع

يتم قبول الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.

يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وفي عبوتها الأصلية، وبنفس حالتها عند الاستلام.

يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط في حالات المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو في حال استلام منتج خاطئ.

ملاحظة هامة: لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع في حال تغيير الرأي أو عدم الإعجاب بالمنتج.

بعد الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع واستلام المنتج، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7–10 أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
